Use Address on File
When submitting your credit/debit card transaction, you may select the Use Address on File option.
Checking on Use Address on File will utilize the customer information you have on file as part of your transaction. This information may be used by our processing partners and credit card networks to help validate your transaction and should match the billing and/or mailing address for your credit or debit card, otherwise your transaction may be declined. In that case, uncheck the Use Address on File checkbox and review and change your customer information as necessary and try your transaction again. If you find that some fields cannot be changed, or you need to update your customer profile, then please contact Customer Services. See Data Edits Restricted below for more information.
